A lovely sage green enamel patch box. This Antique George III hand painted box reads: 'A Lovers Gift'. Minor hairline cracks, loss and an old repair to the enamel to the front, see pictures. This box closes good and secure, The internal mirror is foxed and cracked commensurate with age and use, see pictures.
